简介：

Let me begin by saying that I am thrilled at the possibility of working in China and sharing my abilities in the English language with other learners. Though I am a non-native speaker, I have striven over the years to achieve a high level of proficiency. Accordingly, I understand well the process of acquiring a second language and am able to integrate this into a patient, efficient approach to teaching.


My experience centers mostly around teaching individual learners in my home city and over video chat (mostly other adults). However, this past year I have also had the opportunity to work part-time as an English teacher at a trilingual kindergarten, thus further equipping me with experience in passing on my knowledge.


My education is also rather thorough. I have a BA, and an Master’s in finance-related fields, I have a 190-hour TESOL certificate, and a 200-hour Russian teaching certificate. Furthermore, I am in the midst of completing a refresher course in English teaching methods.
