I specialise in Communication & Culture Training, which covers the broader spectrum of Accent Neutralisation, IELTS/ PTE/ TOEFL, Soft Skills, Development Training, Sales, Customer Service, Voice Overs etc.

I've have successfully conducted classroom trainings for over 300+ batches in International enterprises per se Y-Axis, Sitel, Zenta, Virtusa-Polaris, Nyka, VR Promotion House etc and served clients based in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Middle East etc. I also have an equally powerful success rate with the certification process, because the end result is what counts. I am a powerhouse of energy and can train and facilitate beyond my call of duty, whenever it's the need of the hour. I look at myself as a mentor and role model and believe in carving dozens of those for generations to come.

I have an extremely positive attitude, which allows me to remain optimistic even when the chips are down. I do my own research, design my own content and facilitate or train on the same.
