As an ESL teacher in China i have learned to be very patient with kids. I have found better ways of communicating with kids. I have participated in many school projects that required us to communicate with chinise students. From the very beginning I have realized that chinese tend to be very shy. So to cope with that I have tried to be as enthusiastic as I could be to make them feel comfortable. I have understood that in order to make them open up you have to make them feel comfortable.
