• Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
• Plan, organize and provide instruction in English for students which include young children, teens, and adults
• Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area
• Adapt curriculum to provide individual, small group, and/or remedial instruction as to meet the needs of individual students and subgroups of students
• Cooperate with the marketing team to design monthly outdoor educational activities geared towards promoting and attracting new clients
• Create long-term study plans for new students and give monthly feedback to parents on the progress of each child
• Design themes for winter and summer camps that meet the different language levels of young children and teenagers
• Plan, organize and carry out monthly Parent-Teacher meeting to counsel parents on how to improve student language retention at home
• Creating multicultural awareness by including foreign etiquette to lessons while inspiring and stimulating emotional cognizance in students
• Observe lessons of other teachers and giving feedback based on classroom performance
• Conduct research on ways to improve client satisfaction and suggesting to the Marketing team
